Customers / buyers are the lifeblood of any successful business, attracting new customers while keeping existing customers satisfied gets tougher in the competitive market place.  It is important for everyone in the organisation to want to take ownership for delivering exceptional customer service each time.

Course outline
This workshop is designed and customized to help and assist retail promoter selling and promoting to buyers they are dealing with in the various retail chain the client is distributing their products to. In the process promoters need to build rapport with the buyer while overcoming objections to ensure they achieve their sales goals.
